What terminal(s) does Delta use at BOS for their international arrivals and domestic departures? I will be connecting to ATL (and then onwards to LAX) from AMS on DL. What is immigration like?

All international arrivals come into E. DL departures operate out of A. I didn't have a problem with immigration the one time I used BOS for an international flight. Everything went pretty smoothly. Hope you have a good trip!

Immigration is usually not too bad at BOS, certainly compared to airports like JFK.

You'll be arriving in Terminal E and departmg from Terminal A. Take the escalator up two levels from the arrivals area, across the airport in covered and moving walkways, and down one level to the departures area. It'll take no more than 10 - 15 minutes. Just follow the signs.

Then the 3 hours I have between flights are more than plenty.

Will I be able to drop off my bag somewhere after clearing immigration, or do I have to carry it all the way to Terminal A?

You'll have to carry all your bags with you unfortunately. Boston's a good place, though, as long as you're not coming in during a snowstorm

Thanks for the info.

Hopefully it wont be any snowstorm the day I travel in December.
