My favourite would be the BA "Retro" scheme on their last 757-200. I can't remember what the name of it was, but I loved it (wasn't really a special scheme as it was their old livery, but it was a one-off)

I'm not a fan of special liveries at all - most are just messy blobs of paint, in my opinion (especially QF Wunala Dreaming, CO Peter Max, SQ Tropical ... urgh!). But two are standouts for me:

It's not so much that I care about the teams (well, the Washington Huskies one, yes) but I Iove the appearance of all of them. The multi-airline Skyteam livery is right up there, too.
Especially the Boise State Q400! N437QX has always been my favourite out of those liveries. I can't believe I forgot to mention it! It's kind of funny, how when I first saw it, Boise State didn't mean anything to me at all. I simply loved the Blue and Orange colour combination. But not that long after, I met my Boyfriend who is a Boise State student, and loves QX just as much as I do! So It's kind of a funny coincidence. I always love seeing it come to YVR!
