Finding Mesaba On BTS?

I have been trying to look up a few past flights on bts.gov. However, it seems that they don't know Mesaba (or Compass for that matter). AFAIK both carriers are required to report their data, so I am surprised by this. Does anybody know why they aren't available on BTS and/or how I can figure out the registration for past flights on these two carriers? Thanks!

Strange mix on bts.gov... Still showing TWA, ATA and America West, but lacking carriers like Mesaba. I would be curious if there was a way to find this extra info too.
