Is it possible to see out of the windows in the new British Airways First Class? I love the look, but I like to look out of the windows too.

The window shades go up and down with the push of a button.

Flew on it last week. A big improvement.

Every third window is blocked off in New F and the blind covers both portholes simultaneously. It looks very swish but it is a little at the expense of function. Sometimes I like to keep a window open but have another closed to keep direct light or prevent glare. You can't really do that any longer.

Looking out is more difficult as well because there's a large plastic cover prevents you messing with the blind and because that third missing window is closest to where you sit. To look down without craning your neck for ages you need to sit in the buddy seat to be honest...it's still pretty good for taking pictures from. I've written a few New First reports if you need to see for yourself.
