Greetings friends.
So I found a fare on Kayak today that is a combination of Econ and Prem Econ on AF. However, when on the AF site to book (the link provided by Kayak), I cannot combine the classes of service. I already tried the two one way tickets trick with no luck. Suggestions?

I can see that itinerary, and I see it at 1499$ (maybe excluding some fees, though). Outbound it is FRA-CDG-SGN in premium coach (booking class W and A respectively). On the way back it is BKK-FRA-CDG in coach (booking class H and K respectively). This is on the same flights you quoted.
Eventually you could get the "Fare construction" for that specific ticket, walk into a travel agency and ask them to make that ticket for you (or at least to see how much they sell it for). However, as goldorak suggested, you should be able to get it by calling AF, too.
