Hi all--
Considering a trip out to Fiji in the spring. I'm eyeballing getting a seat up front in their business class. I've done some reading and am not sure if it's worth it. Seats are the 'old school' seats (no lie flat), which doesn't bother me as much as the sub par food and sketchy service that I have seen. One big thing is, I am no little guy so extra leg room for me goes a really long way especially on a 10 hr flight.
Any one have any insights or first hand experience?
Don't forget, the advantages of a Premium Cabin extend further than the on-board experience. Things like lounge access, and priority boarding and baggage handling can be a plus too.

Take a look at the above link which Longhauler posted. And judge for yourself whether you think that the food is subpar - though to be frank, I don't know what LAX catering is like compared to HKG.

I must have missed that TR. Saw some others that showed poor food. That food looks much better.
As long as the lounge has a pour your own drink policy, I am a happy guy

I'd think (hope) it'd be the same.
I guess at the end of the day, it probably is worth it. Just need to weigh it against my other vacation options. But thanks for pointing the link out. Will keep you guys posted.
