Hello everyone.
I am willing to book one-way tickets for me and my family on June 16, 2012 to fly Azul from GIG to IGU via VCP (they are offering a promotion and are the best option price-wise) but when I enter the passenger information the website shows "error".
I tried Firefox and Internet Explorer, and in both cases I got the same result.
Could any of our friends from Brazil tell me if their website is just down or they have issues with foreign clients (especially considering that everything on their site is Portuguese only).

It looks ok from here, but I can't progress without entering my name and address so not sure how far you are getting. The issue would not be foreign clients, although it could an issue with foreign credit cards. Brazil has more than its fair share of fraudulant cards. They do have a "fala conosco" (talk to us) option, so you could ask (I'm sure some there speaks English) in the chat online section, or even call them if it is possible to call a toll free number in Brazil (don't know if you have to drop the first 0 on the 0800, eg +55 800 etc.).
Boa sorte!

Thank You.
My achievements are:
I select the route and date and number of passengers on the 'main page'
then
I am able to select flight 4158 at "escolha" level
then
I fill in the information about the passengers
and when I press "continue sem seguro" it gets me to the "error" message.
if I take the "seguro" the result is still the same, they write
Erro. Por favor, tente novamente. Se o erro persistir, favor entrar em contato com a companhia aérea.
Could anyone in Brazil or elsewhere try to do the same for a random route?
I "was booking" CWB-VCP-CWB for next week with the same result (erro) btw.

for me it's working just fine, even booked a flight to my sister to MAO ... you should get in touch with them, cause i dont know if their webpage takes international credit cards (this can be a issue in brazil).

No, you are correct. "erro" from here (Portugal) too. Not the cleverest site, as even when you put in another country it still insisted on a Brazilian post code. I'd try the "talk to us" option. (top right hand corner). Or try TAM or Gol. They both fly the route you're looking for:

Thank You. First, I'll try to call them tomorrow after giving another try on the internet. hoperfully, some folks in the call centre do speak English or Spanish as my Portuguese is only sufficient for filling in the required information

The CPF can really be a pain. As a foreigner it is very easy to get one in Brazil, it took me less than 2 hours. However, if you are abroad, I think it's more difficult. Either way, not worth it just to book one flight.
I have used the website eDestinos.com.br to look for flights. I have never booked anything there though. Maybe looking there would help.
