Here's a nice bug a friend of mine just e-mailed me related to the Alitalia website (checked to be sure it's not a hoax, however it may not last long):

- Select the multi-city itinerary option.

- Outbound: BCN-FCO-NRT, 29-MAR

- Inbound: NRT-FCO-BUD, 9-APR

- Select the cheapest option for outbound.

- Select the cheapest option for inbound (241.70 EUR during my test).

- Get price for full itinerary: it only takes outbound into account, so 241.70 EUR for BCN-FCO-NRT-FCO-BUD. Not bad!

Apparently, you have to select a different country for your return (e.g. departure from BCN, return to BUD) for the bug to appear. I haven't tried other options/dates as I don't have time (I'm at work). I suppose this won't last for long.

It might be. It priced in at €525 for me.

Just tried with the same dates and got 433,70€ via MXP or 440,12€ via FCO for the return flight

Still sounds cheaper than normal. Did it only take the return segment into account for the total pricing?

Or go with Aeroflot, but the 2 European airports have to be different.. e.g. FCO-DME-NRT, NRT-DME-CDG

Comes to under 250 euros... available almost every week from now till november 2012, departure on wednesday, return on friday, sunday or tuesday.

That's cheap indeed, I've never used their website before but it seems that the price shown when selecting the first leg is actually the total price. Similar fares can be found with different city pairs and on different dates, for example BRU-FCO-NRT-FCO-BCN for 390€ is really tempting

Isn't it SVO? Or is it DME?
