from a ground handling view the 763 is the best aircraft to board, stow handluggage, load, fuel and the best widebody to turnaround quickly. I also handle 320/332/333/342/343/73G/73W/744/77E.

My #1 Favorite. The 737-200. I felt the most comfortable on "Fat Albert" and felt its rugged and dependable operation was part of my comfort. An easy airplane to work with just one other attendant, even when we had 94 seats and a hot dinner service between LGA and IAD!
My #2 Favorite. The 727-200. A definite step up in size, range and performance. I liked the "big" feel of this airplane and in particular those firm touchdowns....little doubt you were on the ground! I freaked the first landing I had in a 757 with that "floaty kind of still in the air" feel even when the main's were firmy planted.
My #1 Least Favorite. The Namco YS-11. A twin-engine turboprop the pilots loved, but those of us who rode in the back...you either suffered from whiplash or nausea. A real "vomit comet." I would try and bid off the YS and get back on a FH227B which was also unpopular due to noise, but I liked its ride much better and that Dart whine was music to my ears on a FH. If available, we could block a seat on the last row to sit in so that was more comfortable than the super small jumpseat that afforded little wiggle room for anyone over 5"8".
My #2 Least Favorite. The Shorts 330. This "milk carton" with wings was a beast to ride in, and hard to describe hot how it could get in the summer and how cold in the winter. I felt sorry for any crew earning their pay and wings on that craft.

From a rampers point of view:
Favourite: 767 -
Containerized, stack loaded (no need to put up locks in between each container), reliable drive systems for the most part.
Hated: Embraer 190 -
Almost imhumane long and narrow cargo hold with hard metal cages over the smoke/fire detectors that hang a couple of inches below the already low ceiling. Hit my head a few times on them, and I've seen others get cuts on their heads. It's obvious this aircraft was designed in a country where labour is cheap.

Loathed and utterly detested the 737, especially the -200; also despise the 727. Noisy, cramped, worst-in-class ergonomics; essentially no automation, systems require much excess monitoring and switchology even compared to then-contemporary aircraft like the DC-9. I have spent the last 15 years of my career avoiding flying these nightmare machines.
Favorites were easily the L-1011 (brilliant design, wonderful handling, the best sytems and avionics of its era) and the A-320 series (wonderful FBW, roomy, comfortable and quiet cockpit, brilliant ergonomics, great systems, displays and ECAM, highly intuitive pilot interfaces...and of course the tray table, which is much more helpful than non-Airbus pilots can even imagine.)
