I have had food in bought from local supermarkets in Australia that had weevils in them; Called the company just to inform them, not really a big deal in my opinion. They sent me out a big box of assorted products and a $50 voucher.
QF gave this woman $400 and an apology, sounds pretty good and appropriate compensation to me! Wonder if many other passenger encountered the same problem?
