Economy Comfort Seats On DL 767-400

I hope someone in the know can answer these couple questions for me concerning the Economy Comfort seats on DL764's:
1. These Y+ seats are rows 15 thru 18.
2. Are there any missing or misaligned windows in any of these 4 rows?
3. Pitch/legroom in row 15. Better on the 2 seat sides or the same? These are shown as "green" high rated seats on seaguru.com, but some comments read on FlyerTalk speak of limited and/or restricted legroom and that this entire row should be avoided.
These questions are because of a future booking with all seat rows available for selection.

FYI to anyone interested -
I found a youtube video of DL unveiling Economy Comfort on board a 764 and was able to answer my own questions. There is a single window at row 15 and 16 and usual window layouts for row 17 and 18. It did appear that bulkhead row 15 was a bit tight for legroom so we'll avoid any of those seats unless any of you have sat there and can rave about the legroom and pitch. I've also reviewed negative comments about lav traffic and people standing in the aisle that is bothersome to those seated in row 15 so safe to simply assign other rows.
