I have flown ps many times for business over the years in business so I am pretty familiar with the product. I find both united and AA to be good and comfortable. I haven't been in a while though any new changes or updates on the dinner flights on ps leaving jfk? This time i am flying for personal reasons If I use miles will I get lounge access while I wait?

Quoting avi8 (Reply 2): Too bad, even if your gold you don't get access to the lounge. What a shame.
Depends of your frame of reference. I walked out of the United Lounge in Terminal 7 at LAX one day because it was too crowded and people had brought in their screaming, misbehaving kids.
If simply being there is your standard (as it is for some) then welcome to it. I got more work done sitting at the SkyWest Brasilia gates across from the lounge.

On PS even mileage tickets get lounge access. There was free booze as well, which surprised me.

I think the lounge at JFK is better than the one in LAX to be honest. Its very dated but at least its comfortable and quiet, handling only passengers on the PS flights. Actually feels like a premium class lounge.

Just wondering does united offer a lounge for non-upgraded EWR-LAX/SFO premium customers or is this a P.S. exclusive? I know AA extends the lounge benefit to its non-upgraded premium N/S EWR/BOS customers too which is nice
