Destinations Served By Old US Airways From ABQ?

Does anyone know what destinations did the original (pre-HP) US Airways serve from ABQ? I know they pulled out of ABQ several years prior to being bought by America West (either late 90s or 2000-2001). What destinations did they serve, and what type of aircraft were used on those routes?

Looking at the map, it appears the destinations served by US from ABQ in 1991 included TUS and PIT. However, did US ever serve CLT or PHL from ABQ?
