I was booked into BusinessFirst on the UA flights 7662/7663 from IAD-MAD-IAD which is operated by Aer Lingus. My question is around the service offering in BusinessFirst and if it differs from the standard UA offering. I read through the forums that the crew is Aer Lingus, but US based and to some extent UA trained. My question is in regards to catering and service? Do the FA's follow UA guidelines for BusinessFirst in terms of service level and catering or do they follow Aer Lingus standards. I haven't yet seen that question answered. If anyone knows that would be great. Examples would be - Do they serve the same UA wines? Do they serve off the same UA menus? etc. etc.
