Sorry if this the wrong forum. I was wondering if anyone who works for United can help me out with this.
I'm currently working overseas and for some reason I cannot access my itinerary (return ticket) on United.com, it worked just fine when I first got the ticket, however, I haven't been able to access it after I missed a connection in Chicago and the gate agent made the necessary changes so I could get on the next flight. Well, I don't know if that is the reason or it's just a huge coincidence, but I even called customer service and they said they couldn't access it either.
How is that possible? I can see it on my account, but I get an error everytime I click on any of the options (View, View/change seats, more, etc)..

If I were a betting man, I would bet that the agent in Chicago did not delete your original flight from your reservation when he/she rebooked you. When this happens it counts you as a no-show for your original flight and cancels the rest of you reservation. I almost got suck in Ecuador last year because of this. You need to get UA to fix this ASAP or you may be screwed for your return...visit the airport or city ticket office with your boarding stubs to get this rectified. I have found that the phone agents are pretty useless for this problem.

I'm suspecting that's exactly what happened, because when I look at the itinerary it says "April 22..." and I was not able to depart until April 23rd.
Unfortunately, as I said, I'm working overseas and going to the airport or ticket office is not an option for me. When I check the bmi website everything looks ok, except that it doesn't allow me to make any changes (it's been always like that, including the original itinerary, I figure it is because I bought the ticket through United), so I think everything should be good with them, who knows, I still want to get this fixed and not have any problems the day of my return trip.
