In the summer of 1992, I flew on an itinerary from HNL to SJU on Delta, with stops in SFO and ATL. I remember my HNL-SFO and ATL-SJU flights being L-1011s. However, I am not sure what aircraft I was on SFO-ATL, and I don't think it was an L-1011 since the No Smoking and Fasten Seat Belt signs were symbols, rather than words. I presume it could have either been a 757 or 767.
Does anyone have an idea what it could have been?

Don't have 1992 skeds, but in 1991 effective October, DL was operating 4x daily SFO-ATL with the following a/c:
820am L11
1205pm L11
325pm 757
1020pm 763
In 1995 effective April, DL was operating 5x daily SFO-ATL with the following a/c:

The flight was overnight, so perhaps it could have been a 767.

Can't remember the exact time, but I do remember that it was overnight, arriving in ATL the next morning. As I said, since the No Smoking and Fasten Seat Belt signs had symbols instead of words, I don't think it was an L-1011.

Quoting timz (Reply 5): In June DL's L10 from HNL arrived SFO 2019, so you would have gotten the ATL flight that left at 2210, which was a 763.
Don't have another TT until Dec.
That's what it had to have been. Thanks.

You have an amazing memory for someone who must have been between 1 and 5 years old at the time (your profile says you are 21 to 25 years and 1992 was 20 years ago). I have absolutely no childhood memories of anything before I was about 6 (I very vaguely remember my first day of school,). Being able to remember what the No Smoking and Fasten Seat Belt signs looked like on a flight 20 years ago when you were no older than 5 is very impressive.

Yes, and I remember the L-1011s had illuminated "Life Vest Under Seat" signs that turned on/off simultaneously with the Fasten Seat Belt signs. I think my 1992 trip was my first time on DL.
