What Is Your Favorite Livery Of A Bankrupt Airline

Hi a.netters!

Since the past decade, many small regional airlines, LCC's, or leisure airlines have filed for bankruptcy. Since this, many people have probably forgot their brightly-colored, and easy-to-spot airplanes. That's why I am curious to know which livery is your favorite. Please tell me below, or by messaging me.

Thanks!

This livery pretty much grew on me ever since I first saw it! If only this airline was still around!

Me too !
I was lucky to fly them once HKG-LGW and the livery is among the nicest ever on a B744 !

But also Viva Macau had a really nice livery that fit well with their B767.
I was also lucky to fly them once CGK-MFM ...

Hi!

For me it was definitely America West in the 90s:

Also though it only lasted about a week I think Skybus (owned by Ryanair?) in the US was quite interesting:

Many thanks,

Pierre

Agreed.

Also, Pluna went bankrupt just yesterday. Their multiple coloured CRJs were great! Will miss them for sure.

I used to love looking at the Maersk 737-500 turning around at London Gatwick from the now closed viewing gallery. Good times!

Many thanks.

I'd vote for Aloha and Western Pacific. Another poster mentioned WP, but I'm surprised no-one mentioned AQ.

I guess they aren't classfied as "bankrupt" but PSA's mid-70s smile livery and the original Air California livery ("sun jet" with the black extending over the flight deck windows) are among my very favorites.

The best existing livery? AS

I always liked seeing the smiling face of JetsGo.

Unfortunately... the smile turned upside down and became a frown. (RIP JetsGo)

I second this, Pluna's birds looked fantastic with the same theme repeated in many colors.

25 Viscount724: I never understood Pan Am's rationale for the garish billboard livery. They were well-known enough that they didn't need to do that. I much preferred
