Just thought I'd ask which airline has kept the same livery for the longest time. My guess would have to be American Airlines has the record for the longest. Is this right?
Also have you noticed any airlines which haven't changed their liverys in a long time. Ryanair in Europe comes to mind first to me. They've had pretty much the same thing for 15-20 years maybe I'm guessing.
SQ has pretty much kept the same livery over the years except for some minor changes here and there like the titles becoming bigger and a slight change of the colour of the bird from yellow to golden. Can never get tired of it!
CO had a fairly long running livery prior to the merger with UA and the merged airlines adopting the CO livery (with the United name replacing the Continental name), as they first introduced the livery in 1991.

Except for their very early years, PR's livery has remained basically the same over the decades.....save for changes like the removal of the cheat lines, addition of the sunburst on the tail, and variations on the titles --- to keep up with the times.....
