Which Airline FF Programs Use Kilometers?

While most of the world uses the metric system, most of the world's airlines that offer an FF program base their points on miles rather than kilometers. However, there are some exceptions, such as LAN and their LANPass program, which uses kilometers.

So, does anyone know of other airlines who use kilometers for points?
