Full Motion Flight Simulators In Europe For Public

Hi Guys,

I am traveling to Europe in Sep/Oct and I'm kicking a few things off the bucket list while I'm over there!

One of those things is to experience a full motion Flight Simulator.

I have found British Airways offer their simulators for the public, however they are VERY limited date wise which is understandable and bookable 30 days out and as I'm there at the end of the Europe trip I would hate to miss out!

There is also Virtual Aviation which is horrifically expensive and double the price compared to British Airways (Almost AUD$900 for an hour)

Are there any company's in Continental Europe or anyone know someone that can help me with flying a full motion simulator?

Thanks

(I was going to put this in 'Hobby' but there doesn't seem to have been much action in that forum)

If you have any inclination to fly in a sim alongside a rockstar, you might want to check out:

There is also a 737-800 simulator in Paris. I tried it a few months ago, it was a great experience!

In the Netherlands you can try FST.

This company often advertise on www.vakantieveilingen.nl. This is an auction site for holidays and daytrips. In the past I "won" an auction and got to fly a Cessna for just 30 euros for half an hour. You might want to check them out as well. You might need Google to translate the site for you.

There's also iPilot (mainly in Germany & the UK)
www.flyipilot.com/

I had heard of a company called FlyAnAirliner, or something like that, that was planning to open facilities at CDG and LYS with full flight sims, but I don't know if that plan went through (I'm afraid I can't check right now)

Just be sure to check that the simulators are actually full-motion if that's what you want. Many of these companies use fixed-base machines and remain a little ambiguous in their advertisment.

AZ sells the so called "MD 80 flight box" experience that includes 1 hour in the full motion flight sim plus briefing and debriefing by a professional pilot trainer.

The cost of the package should be around 300 Eur + VAT (21%).

Hi

I have used flyanairliner.com several times.

You can give my reference if you like. They are based in AMS and CDG.
