I flew PHL-ZRH on the B762 in Envoy. Was in seat 1B. The cabin is really small as it only has three rows and is an angled lie-flat product which has been popular a few years ago. It is not comparable to the new Envoy seat on the A332/333. The entertainment options are quite limited as they hand you a player which is plugged in to the seat. They had to replace mine three times during the flight as they were all malfunctioning.
I would suggest a seat on the other side of 1B (i.e. 1F or 1G) as the washroom was located near my seat which was a bit annoying. I could sleep rather well on my seat even though it is angled flat but would of course prefer a flat bed anyday. The seat however does not look very luxurios but does the trick and is much more comfortable than Economy obviously.
The service I guess would be the same as on the A332/333. I got an amenity kit with socks, eyeshades, lip balm and hand creme (both from L'occittane) and a tooth brush.
Hope this helps. Somewhere on the trip report forum there is a review of the Envoy seat as the plane was used for a domestic sector.
Thanks. I've done the new Envoy product on the A333 (MAN-PHL) an enjoyed it. I am booked PHL-BRU on the 762 and LGW-CLT on the A332 in Envoy. I did a domestic segment (PHX-PHL) in an Envoy configured 752 and figured it might be about the same.
