Hi All
I'm flying Air Transat TS577 LGW-YVR 12th Oct. Returning TS576 19th Oct.
Can anyone tell me what sort of IFE will be available on these flights??
Many thanks.

The good news:
Air Transat are introducing AVOD across their A330 fleet.

The bad news:
They have 3 or 4 planes currently fitted with this.

Now currently looking at your flights seatmaps, it does unfortunately appear that you have the old configuration so entertainment will be provided by the usual drop down screens placed every few rows and the selection of radio channels. There is the possibility of a change to a new plane (for my flight the aircraft change happened about a week before) and I hope you do get the new cabin as it is really pleasant.

Some photos of the new IFE:

For more information on my flights (I came back on an old configuration plane) please check out my trip report:

I hope you enjoy your flights!

Kev.

When I flew TS in 2007 you could get tablets of that day that has movies and TV shows loaded on to it. IIRC it was $10 to rent.

I will say I have flown TS since in 2009 and didn't get this offer.

Thanks for the info.
You can bet I'll get the old style cabin!
