I want to book a flight to TFS from MAN, LPL, BHX, EMA. I am not good at travelling. If anyone is going in the next week and basically hold my hand i will book the same flight and if we could meet it would help me a lot. I am running away from a break up and need to escape asap. I have a travel phobia and dont want to do this on my own,. I am aiming for Los Cristianos and finding bar work or anything else. So if anyone has a place to stay temp and ill pay or can help me I would be much appreciated

As an ex holiday rep I can tell you going to TFS won't solve anything. I used to see loads of people coming out to resort and they were all either running away from something or hiding from someone. All you will get is poorly paid work where you may not have a job from one day to the next, no contract means this is very common and you may end up crammed in some horrible apartment. I have seen it, and one of my friends left the relative safety of the repping community where you have the backing of your tour operator, to go it alone. Thankfully she saw sense and is now back in the UK. If you still want to go out there, even just for a break, then why don't you try posting a note on cabincrew.com or tripadvisor.co.uk. I hope you will get some help from there.

I've just come back from the area. Unemployment in the Canaries is running high, like in most of Spain. If you want a holiday to get your mind of the breakup, by all means go, but don't expect to find work down there very easily.
Public service announcement: "It's" = "it is". To indicate posession, write "its." Looks wrong, but it's correct grammar
It is normal to fall into a deep pit from time to time. But don't stay down there too long.
Anyway, in three, five or ten days from now you'll think differently about what happened to you. It won't be easy even then, but it will be a lot easier.

Stay where you are. Tell some friends and relatives how you feel. Tell them to leave you alone if you need that. I can't see how going to Tenerife will solve any problem.
Perhaps you want to go there, stand on your own feet, prove your worth as a waiter or some other job? You feel your weakness, and you want to travel where you can show your strength, be a hero, be an unknown person without a past that is hurting you?
Despite your grave problems, you're still a valuable human being. But nobody is judging you at home. I think you're judging yourself, dealing out harsh punishment.
