Hii I’m a PhD student currently doing a research on the passenger’s perception toward in-flight meal.

If you had fly long haul economy class flight that offers complementary meal on board, I would love to hear your thought about it! (please follow the link below)

My study aims to understand what an acceptable meal on board is to the passengers, so that we can promote more consumption and reduce the food waste on the plane. The survey will only take about 10-15 minutes. Your opinion and time is very important to my study and I truly appreciate it. Thank you very much.

Hi

That's a nice poll! Good questions and a nice layout. Well done.
Good luck with your study/research!

Done! The only thing I'd say is that in one section you stated "complementary" meal but then posed within that section "the meal provided on board was worth the money paid". If it's inclusive I wouldn't know how much I paid for that specific element.

Overall I thought it was excellently laid out and with great questions.

Good luck with it all.

James.

P.S. I too am doing a PhD (I'm doing it at Loughborough) in air transport but concerning strategy.

Dear Pearson

Thank you for your time and comment. What I meant worth for the money paid was the money paid for the ticket overall. May be I should be a bit more clear about that one in wording.

It's glad to hear someone else is doing a PhD on the same industry. My officemate is also do a strategy but on sustainability of the caterer logistic planning. I still not sure what he meant but it but if you are interested I can hook you up with him on email.

One minor spelling comment. "Complementary" should read "Complimentary", since I assume you mean "free".

Mal787 Of course I do want responses from Australia too, in fact it would be very cool to have since I want to represent the population of the world as much as I can. Feel free to forward it to your friends if you know anyone who is interested in giving some opinion about their thoughts toward in flight meal
