Just flew in the past month to Lima and Rio from Houston, got the chance to fly business first, in just one of the flights, and behind the curtains in the section for the poor the three other sections. No complaints in the business first section, but I feel like the seats in the economy class turn into plywood after one or two hours, they are unbearable. Who engineers these seats, a robot? Come on guys, the cushions are not cushions. Or is it just me? Thanks for your input.
