Virgin America Loft

I just saw this on my Facebook feed. Virgin America opened its first airport lounge at LAX. The website did not say who has free access to the lounge but I'm assuming VX First Class and VA Premium passengers have free access. Also, any traveller on any airlines can access for $40/person. What do you think? Would you pay $40 to access it? Would you fly VX First instead of AA, DL, or US? IIRC, UA gives LAX/SFO-JFK free access to the lounge?

I do JFK/BUR almost every week but it is more convenient for my to fly into BUR so VX is out of the question. I pretty much only fly B6 unless the flights are cancelled.
