Status Of MU 767s?

I'm currently looking for flights between PEK and SHA in march and MU turns out to be the cheapest option.

Flight MU5146 (dep PEK 11:30) got my attention: MU's website, ctrip, expedia, opodo are all showing this flight being operated by '76A' equipment.

I know that MU inherited some 767s from China Yunnan, but they are all gone IIRC.

I can only guess that the flight will be operated by FM which is now part of MU and still has some 767s?

Can anybody help?

I think you're right. IIRC, most MU flights to PVG from SIN (for example) are operated by the 767s of Shanghai Airlines...

Yes the flight is op by wholly-owned by Shanghai Airlines (FM). Their 767-300ERs are very nice and if you're lucky you'll get the one with the "Signature" interior which looks like a 777. That's the youngest but all are quite recent builds. Have a great flight!
