I can't point you anywhere, but I have flown Air Asia Indonesia a number of times. I find the on board experience about the same as Air Asia. For me, no hard evidence here, punctuality seems to depend on the weather. My experience across the carriers I have flown in Indonesia is expect anywhere from 0-60 minute delay.

I have a bad joke, the airline schedule for an Indonesia carrier is just a suggestion on the actual operating times.
