If it does operate on a long haul aircraft (always subject to change) you'll get a flat bed seat. If club is very large, World Traveller Plus will also be used for club. Although IFE is fitted, it won't be switched on for licencing reasons. If a short haul aircraft is used, convertible seating is used with the centre triple seat unit is squashed to form two slightly wider seats. The outer pairs of seats remain the same and do not convert. This is a band 3 flight for catering, you'll be offered a hot towel before or just after take off, then a meal with a choice of hot or cold options and a full bar service. In flight sales will be offered after the meal. Flight time is normally around 2 hours. At all times - 1/4 bottles of champagne are freely available!!
