Ever Flown A Route Where The Plane Hasn't Stopped?

IE, no pushback, plane goes forward from the gate/stand >>> Taxi without stopping >>> Rolling takeoff >>> Taxi without stopping at destination.

I nearly did it once on a FR GOA-STN route, the plane did a very hard turn at the gate instead of getting a pushback, but we didn't have a rolling takeoff.

Have been on several such flights when flying turboprops out of BMA,HEL and Swedish regional airports. Just taxi straight out of the stand without any push back.

Lots of airports allow this to happen if there is not too much ground traffic and you don't have to cross an active runway. Even at LAX sometimes you get lucky landing on 24R and get to cross 24L without stopping. If you are going to T-1, T-2, or T-3 and you gate is open you probably won't stop. Leaving T-1 at LAX you are sometimes airborne seconds after the safety briefing is over.

At RNO, AKL, WEL the norm is to taxi and takeoff without delay. I could probably think of several others I use often if I tried. At BUR arriving WN flights barely have time to stow the thrust reversers and raise the flaps before arriving at the gate.

You probably meant to limit your question to major airports. I've never heard of an aircraft stopping before the gate, or waiting for takeoff at PCN (look it up). In fact, I've never seen a second aircraft anywhere near PCN when I've flown there. Even going quite a bit larger, I don't think my aircraft has ever stopped at ONT.
