I would think burning off fuel, but holding at 20,000ft so maybe pressurisation issue?

Circling now at 20,000 feet, presumeably burning off fuel for landing. Could this be a mechanical issue or a medical emergency? Not an oxoygen issue as they would be a lot lower and hijacking is a different squawk.

AF008 has never been a A388. You are confusing with AF006 / 007
