I am wondering if it is possible to book a ticket on UA's pacific milk run, e.g. Manila to Palau to Yap to Guam to Chuuk to Pohnpei to Kosrae to Kwajalein to Majuro to Honolulu but with a day or two stop over at each island? How expensive are these tickets usually if you were to buy them individually?

I have no idea of the cost, but it's a really scenic trip. Get a window get if you can. I've flown it 2 or 3 times and it's not something you would want to do every year, but definitely something everyone should do at least once!!!
A few years ago I spent a few days in Yap. There is a restaurant onboard a moored Chinese Junk you might want to visit. The owner is a Texan from the Austin area. Food was pretty good too.
You will not be able to deplane at Kwajalein unless you're military.
