About two weeks ago I got back from Euro trip that I went on with my family. The trip involved six different flights, all of them of star alliance carriers (UA, AC, LH, and LO). Miles for five of the six flights have been posted on my account, but the last flight, LH FRA-ORD, has not.
Anyone know what the problem is and how I should go about getting the miles? I'm not sure those miles didn't post, since the WAW-FRA flight was my connecting leg that same day and its been posted. I already tossed out my boarding passes so that's not going to help, but I'm still able to login on LH's website to see the reservation and my dividend miles is attached on there. Is there anyway to look up what fare class I had?
Will you watch the Cleveland Browns and the Detroit Lions on Sunday? Only if coach Eric Mangini resigned after a loss.

Go to your DM account page - there is a link for requesting missing mileage. They are fairly quick to reply. My LH flights have always posted in a timely manner. And do remember they say it can take 6-8 weeks for miles to post.

Intl flights can take awhile to post to your account. I flew US domestic and it took them about a month to post to my UA mileage account, so either call US or wait for the 6-8 week time frame to pass. My guess is if you call, the rep is just going to tell you about the 6-8 week wait and if it doesn't update around that time then to call back.

On Singpore airlines, when I reach the airport early enough, and if I manage a seat on an earlier flight than the one I am booked on ... the miles will not post on my account. I have to initiate a missing miles process from SQ's website, to get those miles.
