Many airport websites have data on traffic handled by carriers serving the airport. It's often in their annual report, if they produce one. Excerpt below from 2012 for GVA showing passengers handled by the top 10 carriers (of about 50 total) serving GVA and the change from 2011 to 2012.

At FWA, DL is the leader (though hardly an 800-pound gorilla) with 40% market share. Eagle is #2 at 25%, G4 is #3 at 22%, UA is #4 with about 12%, and charters bring up the rear with less than 1% of FWA pax.
At IND, the two largest carriers by a long shot are WN (including FL) and DL, though AA will become a strong third once the US merger is completed. (Time for an Admirals Club to compete with the Sky Club?)
At SBN, DL leads while G4 and UA are neck-and-neck for second. F9 is fourth but is discontinuing service next month.
At EVV, DL has about two-thirds of the market, with AA holding the rest. Unlike the other three, EVV lacks an LCC, as G4 flies to nearby OWB (Owensboro, KY) instead.

There is a dropdown box for the 30 busiest in the US and under that dropbox there is a list of "Show airports by state" that lets you select any other airport in the US.
this is an interesting tool. The only thing I dont like about it is that it lists (for example my hometown CID) only the actual carriers even if they are express carriers for the majors.......example like this:

I think Expressjet operates both DL and UA flights here...Skywest also, so it really doesn't breakdown if Delta is the largest carrier or if United is.
Although US is the largest carrier at PHX, I wouldn't call them dominant, since WN has a large presence at PHX as well. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if WN actually has a greater O&D market share than US at PHX, since connecting traffic probably drives up US' overall market share there.
