Marana is a fortress. Unless you can fly in with a rented plane, you won't see anything!
Goodyear might be worth a quick stop though.

By Tucson, you mean the military boneyard across from Davis-Monthan? Make sure to visit the Pima Air Museum too.
A bit out of the way,but you can go to the Northwest and get to Kingman. There are some aircraft stored there as well.

There is a great Connie at the Pima Air Museum and on selected days you can enter the last Presidential prop plane.

If you are in the Tucson area anyway, consider to give the Titan Missile museum at Sahuarita,
AZ a visit. It is about 25 miles south of Tucson on I-19.
