The thread title is self explanatory.

My list is:
Trans World Airlines/American Airlines (I flew on them during the merger so I count it as both)
Northwest Airlines-mainline
Continental Airlines-mainline and express and connection
ExpressJet Airlines
Chautaqua Airlines
Commut Air
Colgan Air
Southwest Airlines-mainline
Delta Air Lines-not mainline, but connection
Mesaba Airlines
United Airlines-mainline and express
ExpressJet Airlines
Skywest Airlines
Colgan Air
QANTAS Airways-mainline

I know many of you have a MUCH bigger list than mine, so enjoy!

Here's my list, sorted by amount of flights.

Very intrigued as to how you have flown on so many airlines.

I would understand 2 flights on Air Koryo, but 13 is a lot more than the average person.

Overall, very impressed!

Looking back at my "log" (i.e. an Excel file) which lists my flights since 1 January 1999, I get the following:

Qantas (75 flights) - inc. Sunstate, Eastern Australia Airlines, Cobham
British Airways (20 flights) - inc. British Regional, BA Citiexpress
Continental Airlines (17 flights) - inc. ExpressJet
Virgin Blue (14 flights)
Virgin Australia (12 flights) - inc. Skywest
First Choice Airways (10 flights)
Emirates (8 flights)
Air 2000 (6 flights)
American Airlines (6 flights)
Air Canada (4 flights)
Etihad Airways (4 flights)
JMC Air (4 flights)
Kenya Airways (4 flights)
KLM (4 flights)
Lufthansa (4 flights) - inc. CityLine
Monarch (4 flights)
Ryanair (4 flights)
Singapore Airlines (4 flights)
Thomas Cook Airlines (4 flights)
US Airways (4 flights) - inc. Air Wisconsin, PSA
Delta Air Lines (3 flights) - inc. SkyWest
Jetstar (3 flights)
Pacific Blue (3 flights)
United (3 flights) - inc. ExpressJet
Airtours International (2 flights)
bmi (2 flights)
bmibaby (2 flights)
European Aviation Charter (2 flights)
JAL (2 flights)
Jet2 (2 flights)
Sabre Airways (2 flights)
Air New Zealand (1 flight) - Mount Cook Airlines
Blue Islands (1 flight)
Brindabella Airlines (1 flight)
British Midland (1 flight)
Hawaiian Airways (1 flight)
TWA (1 flight) - Trans States Airlines
Virgin Atlantic (1 flight)

Total: 39 airlines (246 flights)

This year I will add IslandAir (will debut at rank 37), Jetstar will rise from rank 22 to 10, and Hawaiian will rise from rank 37 to 12. Virgin Australia might overtake name-sake Virgin Blue for fourth, but that will be all for changes to the rankings for this year. Oh, and Qantas will continue to extend their lead. I had never flown them until just a couple of years ago!

Prior to 1999 my memory is very cloudy, but I know that I flew on USAir, Caledonian, and TAT.

Regionals I'm really bad at keeping track of. Flew Delta Connection YYZ JFK in Jan 2001 but don't remember if that was ACA or ASA.

I know it was ComAir CVG to YUL in September 2002(wasn't it?), and Colgan EWR BOS in 2009.

Things get really messy with my SFO YEG jaunt in January 2001. It was the time of the AC CP merger, so I might have been on CP for the SFO YVR leg - it was CP branded aircraft (737-200) but I don't know which operating certificate nor do I remember who ticketed it.

YVR YEG was a "Canadian Regional"-branded F28, and back to YVR on an AirBC BAe 146.

So do I put Canadian, Canadian Regional, and AirBC on my list? Or had Air Canada gobbled them all op, lick stock and operating certificate by then?

Pancakes are delicious.

Indeed it is a good start - by the time I got my driving licence I'd only been on British Caledonian and Air Europe - but that was back in the dark ages when mobile phones and the Internet were still science fiction.

Air Wisconsin (as somebody's regional?)
Alaska (as an AA flight? - once DFW to Hobby, once DFW to Burbank?)
America West
American Airlines
American Eagle
Braniff International
British Airways
Champion
Continental
Delta
Lufthanasa
Midwest Air
National
Northwest
Southwest
Sun Country
TWA
Texas International
United
USAirways

Took a Northwest flight from Memphis to Chattanooga and back - was that a regional or real live Northwest?   Same for Continental from IAH to Lake Charles, Louisiana? Maybe about 10 years ago for both.

What might I have flown on in 1973 - Eau Claire, Wisc to Des Moines, Iowa (possibly through MSP?), then one way back to MSP?
(That, plus Braniff back to DFW would have been my pre-driver's license list). Added Texas International just after.

Some very impressive lists from everyone!!!

My list (26). I've excluded regionals etc. since it would be too troublesome to actually find the operators. There are a couple of airlines that I had booked but unfortunately had to cancel, like Iberia and China Southern - one day!. Soon to be moving back to the US which is a shame since I've flown most big american airlines' - going to have to line up Virgin America, Southwest and JetBlue though.
