The most comfortable aircraft I've flown on was by far the LH B747-8, even in economy. The A340-600's aren't too bad either.

A319, A320, A321, A333, A346, B733, B735, B73G, B738, B744, B748, B757, B767, CRJ200, CRJ700, CRJ900, EMB135, EMB145, E1

For comfort -
- A330-300
- A340-600
- A380-800

From enthusiast stand point -
- B77W
- A300-600
- B788

From an enthusiast point of view I'd include the 788 and 77W, but I've never been as comfortable in those as the Airbus' above. Also, the three I mentioned are much quieter than their Boeing counterparts, and on long long flights the enthusiast in me goes out of the window.

Wish list:
- A350
- 747-8i
- MD-11

767 for the 2-3-2 seating
777 for the overall spacious feel of the cabin

My wishlist is quite honestly anything I've never flown on before, but here are some top picks, which I will divide into a few categories:

Not likely:

Plenty of time:

In the future:

Ford Trimotor, EAA's refurbished aircraft, for a 30 minute flight in New Jersey. Amazing.

All modern aircraft are about the same inside, so would have to simply choose on outward appearance alone, and for that of those I've flown, I'd have to choose... Dornier 328. The 757 is a close 2nd.

Wish I could fly (too many, really):
Convair 580
Gulfstream IV or a Falcon
