I would love to see more pics of a/c at Cleveland and a Akron-Canton Regional. Those are my two favorite airports and I have a few photos from both. I'd love to upload them, but my computer doesn't like that idea. I fill in all the info for adding photos and about 30 mins. later, the page changes and says "Internal Exception Error", so I can't upload. CAK is a great place to get pics, because you can go right to the planes (just about) and get good pics. I've been experimenting wit a new camera and these pics would look good on A.net, if only I could.

Plane spotting at those places would be neat, because I've never done it before. Mabey I can give it a try. Where are the best places to watch the planes and what planes do you see frequently at those airports?
CLE mainly sees 737s, DC-9s, ERJ-145s, and B-1900s. The best locations for viewing the planes are the CLE spectator deck at the end of Concourse B, and a dirt mound next to the 100th Bomb Group Restaurant.
CAK is more tricky. On a nice day, you will want to arrive at the airport around 2 PM on weekdays. It's only $4.00 for two hour parking at CAK. Upon arriving, head to the main terminal. There are plenty of windows and great locations to get pics. There should be a US Airways F100 either arriving or already there for their CAK-PIT-Richmond service. Around 2:30, AirTran's DC-9 should arrive. Also, there will be various other planes, such as NW S340s, or Comair's CRJs, or United Express's CRJ or Jetstream 41. Once the AirTran flight leaves, the terminal gets very empty, and the next planes won't arrive until 7-8 PM.

Have you guys ever tried CMH (Columbus, OH)
There are many good spots to view, for example the top of the parking garage is right inbetween the two runways and provided an unobstructed view of the terminal and of the whole airfield.
You will see many planes like:
Southwest 737
Delta 737,757,MD80,727
America West CRJ,757,737,A320
United CRJ, 737,757
American EMB145, MD80
Continental 737, B1900
Midway CRJ
Northwest Bae 146, DC-9, MD-80
USAir 737, Fokker100, B1900D
Midwest Express MD-80
Air Ontario (can't remember what plane, prop though)
an more
You will also see a lot of biz jets since CMH is home to the largest biz charter company, Executive Jet.
