Hello aviation freaks,

If you had the opportunity to fly the B757 or anything else, what would you strap yourself into? Yes I am biased since my favorite commercial jet is the B757 and I am familiar with the airframe. I am saddened and stupified by the fact that Boeing has stopped production on this bird, I am trying not to spin another topic here so Ill stop  Smile Let the debate begin

Ahh the good ole Tri-star, not a bad choice. I remember working the charters in CHS for ATA and the military. Very nice bird.

B747, B777, B757, B767.

Haven't been on any widebody Airbus aircraft and am quite anxious too be on one. Depending on loads for 1/31, I might be on NW SEA-AMS (which will be my first mainline NW flight.)

Paycheck aside lol, it'd definately be the 757/767, then the MD-88...partially because I've already flown them extensively in the sim, and partially just because they pay well in the left seat Big grin

My first choice would probably be the MD-80. Following that would be the B744, 767, 757, and 777.

For me, probably the 767 followed by the 757. I've had some great rides on the 76.

In order:
777-200
767-300
757-200
A320-200
A340-300

I fly the A320, 767 pretty regularly for BA Virtual, I am starting to work on longer flights (most flights I operate are around 2 hours).

I do also fly for United Virtual and have no where near the hours than with BAV, but I just did a five hour LAX-IAD which turned into an nine hour ordeal with a fuel diversion, low altitude weather and strong headwinds all along the route (much greater than forecast which ruined the fuel planning, hence the stop).

I rather fly a 777, 737-800, 747-400, 747-200, DC-10, DC-9, 727, A320, A340. Thats it. Than a 757.

As far as airliners go, I'd have to say:

752
764
763
744
772
738
MD-80
MD-90
DC-9

My fav aircraft are the A320 and the 777. But I'd prefer to fly on any aircraft that I have not flown on before.

My preferred choices would be the 757 and the A320 (I like them both equally).

For a retro preference, just take a look at my username (and perhaps it's smokier, turbojet powered big brother.)  Smile

I would have to say the L1011, a remarkable aircraft for its time. Failing that I would take a 747SP, DC10-30 and MD-11, paint them in AA colours and take them for a spin! The AA colours just looked stunning on these birds imho.
