PHX currently has (forgive my IATA code laziness)
British Airways to LHR (747-400)
Air Canada to YYZ (A320)
Westjet to Calgary (737-700)
Aeromexico to Hermosillo and Guadalajara (M83)
We also have numerous Mexico flights and some Canadian flights on domestic America West (HP).
We used to have LTU to Dusseldorf and Luthansa to FRA, but both eventually pulled out due to more profitable leisure routes like Florida. PHX is ready for some transpacific routes.

I forgot to add: MARTINAIR to the MIA list, which offers 14x weekly nonstops in between MIA and AMS, as well as their new non stop MIA-SJO service using a 738.
Also: My list only includes PAX. Airlines. In total MIA is served by 45 Pax. Airlines that serve Int'l Destinations.
