When I was younger I would draw pictures of United Airlines planes (the airline that I always flew) and was fascinated with the 747-400. I didn't know much about the technical attributes of aviation but found airplanes, especially the 747, to be "awesome"! So my pick goes to the UAL 747's in their older liveries...

B772ER became my favourite when I first saw a BA772ER at WLG in 2002. I even have 1 of 3 pictures produced with the BA B777 with the queen standing beside it, with the NZ army, air force and navy personal.
The NZ livery is the one that I connect with as I'm a born and breed New Zealander

For me, most times it's the one that is taking me home! and in most cases it's DL. Maybe not the spiffiest, but I still enjoy seeing it (unless I'm at ATL, then I long for anything else, for the sake of contrast)
One I'll never see again was my first flight ever, an Eastern 727 "WhisperJet"
But then I still remember so well a Varig 707 in the 70's, my first international flight. For years, the livery hardly changed.
These days, Continental, Southwest, American and the new United leave me cold. Always thought AirFrance was classy!
BTW, my first time trying to post pics. . . . hope it works.
