Its nice. I flew Newcastle to Toronto in June and enjoyed flying in Club Transat. I had heard some bad reports but they were proven wrong. There was a dedicated check in at Newcastle, we were first to board, nice big leather seats which reclined to virtually flat and great service!!!

Only shame was no PTV's and the fact that I was hoping for an A330 and got an A310 instead which by the way terrified me by using nearly the whole runway at NCL for takeoff!!

I say book it asap as availability will be poor nearer the time!

would have loved to travel on their L1011's but never got chance. They keep their A310's well maintained its just a shame they are so noisy. Maybe you'll get an A330 you never know. Having said that I do believe their plan is to use the 310 for the NCL flights.

I was looking at fares for this route the other day, and was contemplating on booking Club Transat. Can you book it online, or do you have to ring them. I couldn't find out any details on the website. Let's face it, it can't be worse than cattle class, lol.

Hi, you have to ring Globespan to book "Club Transat". We are only doing it for the return journey but its still quite expensive! by the way if you go on www.meridianlinetravel.co.uk its far cheaper!
