I am member of the following three FFP's:
Air France Frequences Plus for Skyteam (Bleu elite, try to become Rouge elite this year)
Lufthansa Miles & More for Star Alliance (will be replaced with another Star Alliance FFP as soon as I spend all my remaining miles, LH's M & M has become one of the worst FFP's)
AAdvantage for Oneworld
Additionally I collect Air France miles with my AmEx card (Membership Rewards program).

Delta SkyMiles (SkyTeam) Just fell short of elite last year as I had 21,000 miles accrued from 31 July to 31 Dec.
Southwest Rapid Rewards (Use them for n/s travel usually to BWI, FLL, or MSY rather than go through ATL.)
United Mileage Plus (Star) Was my primary until June of last year, switched to DL, and CO after getting tired of CRJs. I still will use US IF they are considerably less expensive than DL AND my layover is in either CLT or DCA only.
