In reality it is quite uncomfortable to do it in a lavatory (and sometimes it smells in there) and the novelty wears off.
I have dated an Air Transat FA and we did it once on one of their L1011's (For historical memories) and she told me that on their overnite Euro flights ex Canada she has seen several cases of couples going into the lavatory together.
When I worked for AC for 2 summers as an FA I caught a woman giving her bf a hummer in the last row of coach on an overnite flight YVRYYZ.
