I guess i'd say the Airbus A330/A340. It's just so gracious with its long and bending wing, it looks like a glider with jet engines, so beautiful and peaceful in flight. Love it!

I hope to fly it a last time on Santa Barbara from MAD to CCS before they replace it with the ugly 767.  vomit

Why do so many people on this site get excited by the Anonybus A330 and the Boring 777? They are two of the blandest looking airliners ever manufactured.

I will agree about the B777 but the A330 is more distinctive with that wing, it does not in my oppinion look like anything else out there. The fuselage itself is another story though, Anonybus hands down.

Great names by the way, Boring 777 and Anonybus A330! Made my day Big grin

I loved always the Lockheed L1011 Tristars.
Engine Nr.1 & Nr.3 are so far away at the wing from the fuselage. Even the nice jet intake at the rear fuselage is so nice looking.

But the Concorde was the most stunning one for me at all.

Of the current modern aircrafts, I love the 330/340 series. Especially the 345/346.
I have to agree with Mika: There like gliders... Really nice...

Lets see how I will like the 388 after I saw her the first time flying.

Regards,
Patrick

In addition to some of those already mentioned (especially Concorde), I've always had a bit of a soft spot for the Tu154 believe it or not.

Make sme think of those days flying back and forth between LHR and BUD on Malev's old 154s. A plane with a lot of character - these days in europe its all 737s and A320s it seems.

I love 747-400s, any 777s and A330/A340s. I know that's quite a range of "newer" planes, but I love modern long-haul aircraft.

My favourite aircraft changes quite often. At the moment I have a thing for Classic Dc9s,and DC10s - that'll be until I fly on Northwest and cross them off my list of a/c to fly. A few months back it was the 74L and 762, and whenever I fly/see on close quarters on a 777 it's that. I love them all. Except the Beech 1900D and Shorts 330....lol

Nothing can beat the sleek beauty of the 757-300. I just love the look of it! And when you throw in a couple RR engines, then you have the ultimate airliner. I guess second to that would be the MD-11. I love those Tri-Jets!

Boeing 777-300ER.
Reason:
1: Biggest engines on earth(Fan diameter, 3.24 meters)
2: Most powerful engine on Earth
3: Raked wingtips
4: Very good range
5: Very efficient
6: Looks fabulous
7: Highly modern interior
Basically everything about the plane is perfect(except that it damages Orly runways)
