Could it be that you all are truly worried that it will be your airline that doesn't survive? Worried that HP/US will actually give WN and others some competition?

This merger, combined with the total collapse of United (selloff of assets), and the trimming down of either Delta or AA would do a world of good to US aviation. JMHO
