Working For FL - What's It Like?

I'm going to be attending GeorgiaTech in the coming weeks, and was considering applying for a part-time ramp job with AirTran during my second semester. The airport is a 20 minute ride on MARTA from campus, so getting there isn't a problem. I won't know if I can realistically do this until I know my full schedule, but if anyone on these boards works for FL, what's it like? I'm not too concerned about pay, I'm more interested in the airline aspect, environment, attitude, etc. I'm majoring in aerospace engineering, so I figured any experience in something that involves aircraft would probably benefit me, even if only a little.
