You didn't specify airliner.

Also, not exactly painted on the side, but there used to be a 182 flying out of Warm Springs, GA called "Patches". The name came from the fact that it was put together with parts from four different crashed 182s and then not re-painted. Sorry though, I can't find any pictures.
