No Greek unions involved and high staff productivity would be a fine start for the airline......

Quoting Delta777Jet (Reply 2):
JNB/CPT/BKK/SIN
HKG/KIX/NRT/SHA/PEK/DEL/BOM/MEL(viaBKK)/ADL(viaBKK) and nonstop (!!) to SYD

Watch out for Emirates, they could send in a B773 twice daily and soak up all the demand for Asia and Australia...  biting

Better keep your money and spend it on tickets!  Wink

Udo

Force the Greek government to reduce the ridiculously high airport charges at Athens airport woiuld be a big advantage. No chance of competing with Emirates without that

You get my vote I agree totaly! Especially for the 34' pitch.
Also consider the A346

Best regards

I am willing to pay extra for a A346 flight !

No no no! Please leave their livery well alone- it is a classic purely because it has not been messed around with.

What about serving BOS via MAN. Did OA ever get to operate the route that they planned to serve with an A300-600?

Kalo taxidi...

Did ATH ever get a train from the airport to downtown Athens?

Else i suggest a 737/320 shuttle service between ATH Venizelos (or how its spelled) and downtown Athens. It was quite a ride by bus last time I visited Big grin

perhaps we can land on some on the pedestrian paths build around Akropolis before the olympics were held. That would make our airline true olympian  Smile

Last flight: SAW-CPH on H9 on 02/11/09 - Next Flights: 23/12/09 CPH-AAL on QI, 30/12/09 CPH-LHR on SK, 19/01/10 CPH-CDG-

Hello to all!

I don't think OA should change its livery, which (to me) is one of the best in the world. As I used to fly frequently with OA for my vacations, I would like to suggest to change the timetable in order to schedule more flights to the islands without having to overnight in Athens; this is a user's point of view!

Paolo
