CX PER-HKG J Class -- What To Expect?

Just redeemed some frequent flyer miles to go to BKK via HKG on CX (QF had SkyBeds on SIN and HLG sectors but no reward seats... imagine that no ff seats on QF what a surprise!!!) from Perth.

Aircraft is the A330-300, but I believe this is a regional configuration bird without the lie-flat seats. How is the seat pitch, leg room and IFE?

I have been on the new configuration for regional business class on the CX 773s and it was nice, but that was a year ago and not sure whether they have refitted the 333s.

Any help would be most appreciated.
